This unit of the group is facilitated with green sand moulding machines, induction melting, most modern mechanical and metallurgical laboratory, NDT, conventional and CNC machining, leak testing, washing, powder coating and painting operations for meeting potential demand of Automobile Sector unit in State of Uttarakhand. The products having weight 500gm. to 30 Kg. in green sand process by automatic moulding machine ARPA 300 and above 30 Kg. to 4 MT single pieces in CO2 & no bake process by hand moulding. The unit is well equipped with in house pattern making and repairing facility.
